Presolve provides a payment dispute prevention and risk analysis platform that helps merchants identify transactions that are likely to result in disputes. Our service includes predictive analytics, risk scoring, and reporting tools.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Usage

You grant Presolve the right to process transaction data you provide to deliver our services. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Presolve may use aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services and developing new features.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on usage as described on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Presolve are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Presolve provides analytical tools and insights but does not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy
